Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the DQTRS Home & Living Inc. website.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless required by law.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact support@dqtrs.com with your order number and reason for return. Return authorization is required before sending any items back.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
